Sinister creations of Asmodeus that can be found on all circles of Hell. They were devises to deny pure souls to the Lords of Good for all time. When a baatezu noble wants a troublesome champion of good removed, an infernal strike force is assembled that includes an oubliette, a creature which is used to trap the soul of the do-gooder for all eternity.
