Worshiped by sahuagin and tritons, and some evil merfolk, his Abyssal lair is like the Elemental Plane of Water. He makes his home in the underwater iron citidel of Thos. He appears as a 9 foot tall merman with green and scaled skin or a glistening monstrosity of tentacles with the head of a strange deep-sea fish.
