Water beings with mouldy green skin and eyes that flash like moonlight. They drip water constantly . These haunt shorelines and small islands where they menace landing parties, small ships, and beach travelers. Their grass-like tendrils can stop a small ship and several of them can slow or halt a larger vessel. This way they can then enthrall sailors with their gaze and pursuade them to dive into the water.
