Lizardlike creatures with large, spherical bodies, massive hind legs, and puny forelimbs. They maintain small colonies of their young within their bodies and drink tremendous amounts of water and devour their prey whole to feed them. They are skittish and fearful creatures, but hunger can drive them to attack almost anything.
