These are impressive leapers who jump from dunes to ambush travelers and impale them upon their scythe-like fore-legs. They eat anything, even small stones. Drones are the smallest and constitute thw-thirds of a pack. While not very intelligent they are stalwart workers and can understand and follow orders.
