Appearing as withered, aged humans which crackle with dark light, these are former humanoids who have tapped into the energy of the Negative Energy Plane. They wield this energy to summon guards for their frail, barely animated bodies. Though undead, they are charismatic beings which will bluff, cajole, threaten, and blackmail beings into getting them items and information they need.
