A nightmarish creature whose head seems to be a multitude of random bestial heads blended together into one mass that shares a single maw. Beneath this is its scaled, chiten armored, hairy torso from which large tentacles extend and from beneath which a forest of tendrils infested with parasites dangle. These intelligent and insane creatures scour their territory and drive all creatures mad within it.
