A squat, bloated mass of gray, leathery flesh with six long serpentine tentacles protruding from its form and a gaping maw at its top. These were created to aid in harvesting bodies and living creatures from other planes. They spend most of their time injecting its tentacles into a plane, grappling prey, and drawing them onto the Abyss where it devours them.
