A typical manifestation of the demon lord of the same name. This demon's body is an insane thicket of spidery limbs ending in talons and arrayed about a scorpion-shaped body. Where its tail would be is a thick nek surmounted by a corrific face. Obox-ob sends this aspect to handle business which does not require its true full attentions.
