Of the three dwarves, Thaymon was the least intelligent and the most sacrificial. He always tried to take the blows for his friends and was known as the bloodiest (typically because of his foolhardy tactics) of the three dwarves. If not for Thaymon's charge into battle when Garben attacked the infamous smuggler's cove of Tel-Akbar (where he took a ballista bolt in his side), the elven lord would never have succeeded.
