Updates

June 3, 2014
Thank you to you who wrote in about the recent errors. I moved the website to new hosting a few weeks ago and some updates had to be made to how things were connected. It's all fixed now. I'm still doing my gaming weekly, but I haven't updated the website recently because that campaign is still going on and, well, timing. Life is busy with kids, but gaming is still a part of it. Thank you again for your support and enjoyment of Sulerin.

From the Virtue Sin Love campaign comes an overview of background events occuring during the final year of the campaign, in Hana, 12898AC. Also, a short piece on the Tsochari Defamation of the Church of Arden in Hana and a second short piece on Anno, who had fallen under the influence of Madrasheen, the vampire leader of the Cult of Niosha. Updated the entry of Jasten Ikosi, a former priest of Arden who has been corrupted by dark powers. Added details on the Atabin Kotica tomes, possessed by Kukalmak. Information on the Path of Yodha and its early beginnings. An encounter where Ekevir reveals his motives in monologue was added to the Virtue Sin Love campaign.

Jan 25, 2010
A trio of new racial feats for the Heimrohar: Flesh of the Afterlife, Secrets of the Dead, Sight of the Dead.

Jan 23, 2010
Added an entry for the Heimrohar, also known as the Half-Dead, to the Rules Additions section of the site. Added an entry for the Inheritance campaign and entries for its principle characters. Also added a brief excerpt from that campaign regarding information obtained before leaving Ayeshi's care in the city of Shirazandam. Some details on the Ancient States of Dazazin were posted to the Atlas. I know it's been a while since I've updated. It's not because I've stopped writing, as you can see, but life has been keeping me away from my desk when I'm home in the evenings.

April 29, 2009
Since the Virtue Sin Love campaign came to a successful conclusion, I thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to start posting some materials from that campaign, many of which had heretofor been kept a secret. Firstly, not really a secret, is a brief excerpt from the story where the heroes Assaulted the Palace of Adadsi. A favorite possession of Walks-the-Walls, the Eye of the Phoenix. This piece, discussing the Secrets of the Saruswathi holds many secrets that the heroes did not divine until the end of the lengthy campaign. Long lusted after by Kukalmak and stolen from Prince Adadsi, the Tome of Ambitions. Worn by Prince Adadsi, it lived up to its name, but did not provide a timely third chance: the Amulet of Second Chances. The Cloak of Splendors, a favorite item of Walks-the-Walls.

Added Sensation of Flesh and Possession of Flesh to the Spells section.

Did some debugging and tuning up of the Monstrous Index and the Encounter Maker which should improve their speed and, in the case of Encounter Maker, increase the randomness of results returned. Some new definitive sources were added to the list of books you can select from in the Encounter Maker. Also, template creatures are handled a little differently. I've removed the marker of [template] from the creature's name field and now you can identify such creatures by the small [T] icon that appears next to the creature's name. Don't worry, you can still find template creatures just by including the word "template" in your search query, since all of these creatures invariably employ the word in their description section. However, this also allowed me to put a switch in the Encounter Maker where you can prevent template monsters from showing up in your generated encounter lists. Finally, Encounter Maker now remembers your choices from query to query, even if you don't. I hope you enjoy the changes.
In a similar vein, I've added and updated a bunch of monsters from the last six months of Dragon and Dungeon magazines. There are still plenty of minor sources out there left to be indexed, but we're quickly catching up and the index is rapidly approaching that nine-thousandth entry.

May 7th, 2006

April 24th, 2006
Added NPC bios for Captain Abya u'Toti, Kafiq an Fissat, Ayishahi, and Chiatali Azzaah. The entry of Lady Mriyaleet Azzaah was changed and added to.

April 23rd, 2006
Added monsters from the Tome of Horrors 3 to the Monstrous Index. Now holding over 8,500 creatures.

April 13th, 2006
New spells: Divide the Light and Giant Step.

March 22nd, 2006
New magic items: Sachet of Seduction, Ameliorative Necklace, Visionary Shield, Talisman of the Grave, Silvering Band, Belt of Vested Health and the Feather of Vushundra. All from our current campaign.

March 21st, 2006
Added Prince Nadish Darpana, new information on House Darpana, and Steward Tereveti Prahakar.

March 17th, 2006
A big update in the Atlas to the Hana today. Five districts ( Nop Haztno, Puryat Dubala, Vofoti, Shinveta, and the Isle of Sepras) have each been detailed. Dozens of new locations (about 16 pages worth) have been added along with maps which show these districts at a closer scale. All the better for roleplaying in! Enjoy!
