Appearance
These mischievous fey delight in leading forest travelers astray. As one ventures deeper into the forest, with the thick canopy of branches filtering the sun into a green twilight and the tree trunks seeming to move in to prevent escape, the sense of being observed and followed grows increasingly strong. You may be certain that a leshy wood spirit is on your trail. A sudden whirling about to look behind you might net you a glimpse of a skinny little humanoid with blue skin, green hair and eyes, or perhaps there is nothing there to see.

Combat
Leshy are not malign creatures and they flee from most combat at first opportunity. A vengeful leshy might plunk an arrow or two at a threat that refuses to give up the chase.
Spell-like Abilities (Sp): At will - cause fear, lesser confusion, dancing lights, disguise self, feather fall, ghost sound, minor image, touch of fatigue, touch of idiocy. These abilities are as the spells cast by a 6th level sorcerer (save DC 12 + spell level).
Enchanted Touch (Su): A leshy can bestow any of its creature affecting spell-like abilities upon one of its arrows. The arrow becomes +1 enchanted and a creature struck with it is targeted by whichever spell the leshy imbued within. The magic within the arrow disappears after one minute or when discharged, whichever occurs first.
Invisibility (Su): A leshy can become invisible at will as a free action. This supernatural ability functions as the spell invisibility.
Mental Suasion (Su): A leshy can send subconscious mind-affecting messages directly into the mind of a target creature within 30 feet of it. The target creature's mind subconsciously defends itself against this affect by making a Will save (DC 13) to negate its effects. Targets which succeed a saving throw realize that something is amiss, but those that fail are unaware of being subtly manipulated. A leshy's suggestions are typically harmless except for causing creatures to wander in circles through the woods. This effect is similar to a suggestion spell.
Improved Evasion (Ex): A leshy can avoid magical and unusual attacks with great agility. If it makes a successful Reflex saving throw against an attack that normally deals half damage on a successful save (such as a red dragon's fiery breath or a fireball), it instead takes no damage. On a successful save the leshy only suffers one-half damage. Evasion can be used only if the leshy is wearing light armor or no armor. A helpless leshy (such as one that is unconscious or paralyzed) does not gain the benefit of evasion.

Habitat/Society
Leshy dwell in ancient pine forests. They resent the intrusion of civilized races into their woods and use their powers to dissuade travellers from returning by leading them astray. Leshy have many tricks to avail travelers from finding their way. In the winter he moves behind travelers to brush their footprints out of the snow, so that they cannot retrace their steps. At other times of the year a leshy causes such bewilderment of the senses that every tree trunk looks alike, so that a wanderer strays deeper and deeper into the forest.
Leshy are members of the unseelie court. They eat nuts and berries. They sleep on shelf mushrooms that grow from the sides of trees, high above the ground.

Ecology
The Leshy is a mostly harmless creature. Leshy do not possess traditional treasure, preferring to leave valuables for those who care about things touched by mortal hands.
