Saddle Cloth of Daer-Nadan Any horse which wears this saddle cloth may, upon invocation of the correct
command word, be shape shifted into an adult dragon whose alignment most
closely matches that of the rider of the horse. The effects of this change
last for a number of hours equal to the horses Hit Dice and can only be
invoked once per week. The horse remains as intelligent as a horse and
does not gain any of the supernatural or spell-like powers of the dragon
it becomes, but it does gain all physical attributes, capabilities (including
flight), and extraordinary abilities.
