Cloak of Mists

This magical cloak appears as a translucent, misty blanket which is 5 feet long and 4 feet wide. When the corners of the misty blanket are wrapped around the shoulders of a creature and touched together the blanket corners will hold fast so that it can be worn as a cloak.
As a free-action, the wearer can assume a gaseous form for up to a one hour duration, after which this power will not function for 10 minutes. At will, the wearer can create a fog cloud (as the spell). When in the effect of a fog cloud or mundane fog, the wearer becomes invisible. This effect lasts for as long as the wearer remains in the fog. On any round which the wearer commits an action which would normally cancel invisibility they become visible until the beginning of their next turn, at which point they become invisible again.
Lastly, the wearer receives a +4 bonus to all saving throws against attacks which are gasseous in nature.
This cloak is highly prized by denizens of the Elemental Plane of Air. The bearer of this cloak is favored by air elementals, their attitude to the wearer improving by two degrees. Should the bearer of the cloak give this item to a denizen of the Elemental Plane of Air, the gifted creature will perform one task for the wearer out of gratefulness. The task, or course, must be within the creatures abilities and should be a reasonable request.
