The elderly head of the Church of Arden in Tel-Akbar, Lord Relaman met with the party at the behest of Viceroy Norn, to offer his advice to them concerning the nature of the Crown of Souls and the state of Radaga, Domini., and Kartekast. Lord Relaman possesses a red wooded and ruby enjeweled staff which he carries with him at all times. All that Lord Relaman does is done with the Church in mind. Relaman oversees all of the church of Arden politics in Tel-Akbar
