A demon who lives atop some cliffs near the middle of the Valley of Death. The party (Travels with Bolas) made the perilous journey to this creatures abode to seek his help in returning them to the time which they belong to. Balinor agreed to return them to their proper time in return for three tasks, the first of which was to release Daglan from his imprisonment in the Crown of Souls.
