Balmorrow is very popular in the town of Garret. He provides one of the few entertainments to be found in town. As owner of the town theater, Balmorrow can be found most evenings preparing for or presenting his entertaining performances. He is 40 years old, 5'10", and 175 pounds. He has closely cropped brown hair. His blink-dog, Winky, is not often far from his presence. His wife, Phyllis, also works at the theater.
