Captain Barney is the affable and dedicated leader of the town watch for Twin Shores. He vigilantly watches over the south walls of the town each night. When he is not available his sergeant, Gemmal takes care of the same duties. Captain Barney is tall, slightly overweight, quite muscular, and red haired. He worries a bit much about the welfare of the town, but his intentions are truly for the best. His men like him and he is known to be a good man.
