Berek is Lord Kartekast's Weapon Master. Sanjian and Bolas (Travels with Bolas) briefly trained under him during their winter's stay at Kartekast's manor, near the Crescent Mountains. Berek is recognizable by his mane of lengthy red hair, beard, and his sturdy build.
