The High Priest of Arden who presides over religious matters for that faith within the borders of the Eastern Empire. Father Cabarin is a crafty old man who enjoys playing occasional pranks. He is fascinated with the psycology of faith and is very well versed in many other religions. His seat of power is at the Temple to Arden in the capital city of the Eastern Empire.
