The Bishop of Lathidus who joined Lord Clemloch on his expedition to colonize the lands across the Sea of Rains. Vatisetian was appointed by special envoy of the Patriarch of Lathidus to solidly found the religion of Lathidus in the new lands. Vatisetian is a charismatic man with a powerful presence and a natural insight into the workings of the world. Vatisetian is oft dressed in religious garb and carries with him a bejeweled sceptre and a golden mantle which were said to have been given to him by the avatar of Lathidus. He is not tall, but carries himself so that it seems he was. His straight white hair, turned so early on in life, is kept neatly behind his head. Vatisetian is lothe of those who are lazy and keeps himself physically, mentally, and spiritually busy.
