Harmin is the Cannon of the Church of Chishleen in the town of Garret. While High Father Harper is still the head of the church, Harmin has taken over nearly all administrative tasks of the church and is the one who decides church policy. He sees his primary responsibility to be the protection of the church and the river Hawath which runs past the church and town. He is caring and watchful of his churches followers, looking out for their interests. To outsiders he can seem cold and bureaucratic. Harmin is 41 years old, 5'10" tall, and 165 lbs. He has short, brown hair, a trim beard but no moustache, and brown eyes.
