The offspring of a polymorphed green dragon and a demented halfling sorcerer, was the leader of a motley band of brigands known as Harular's Claws; at least he was their leader until he was brutally crushed at the hands of adventurers in a battle that took place in the catacombs beneath the border village of Twilight. Harular looked like halfling with green scales, hornlets jutting from his brow and chin, and a spiky crest instead of hair. His hands resemble a dragon's claws, and his oversized jaws are lined with sharp yellow teeth. He was an ally of Andress.
