Mhallaf'sef was King, ruler over the city of Vishsati, and regeant to the Great Vaa'el, Enhenin, ruler over all Vaati that were banished from the Elemental Plane of Air. Mhallaf'sef was known to be cruel, yet a cunning warlord and master of political intrigue. Standing shoulders above other Vaati, Mhallaf'sef was a giant among his own kind. His skin was a magnificent bronze tone, his hair like spun gold, and his eyes like molten suns.
