Ohlatta is the moneylender and jeweler for the town of Garret, a small hamlet located along the Hawath river, one and one-half days southeast of Hawkydin, in the Kingdom of Arend. She is a cautious to the point of paranoia, admiting only onr or two people into her shop at a time and dealing with them from behind a barred window. She is friends with Beshka.
