One of Shohan's oldest students, he teaches hand to hand combat in the Eastern Empire to the Emperor's Elite Guard and to others who can afford entry into the academy. Rho-Dharl has no choice in the cost of his training, which is set by others who rank in the Empire's military, but since he leads a comfortable life he does not go elsewhere to teach, where he would charge far less. Getting an audience with him is very difficult, not just because he is occupied most of the day in teaching, but because he lives and works in one of the restricted areas of the capitol, where only nobles and their partners can walk.
    Though he is getting older, Rho-Dharl is still a highly skilled and deadly opponant.
