A hearty, jolly Daernarthor dwarf and ruler of the Broldag Clan. Balding, the remains of his ruddy red-brown hair hang from his brow in thick braids. Twining fire salamander tattooes decorate one of his brawny arms. His family is large, having seven sons and four daughters; among them, Aramim, a decorated warrior.
    Ashes of Arend: Throm traveled with Al-Rathis to the Silver dwarves of Silver Streak Peak and then back to their home in the South Thurmandain Mountains. After their travels he appointed Al-Rathis to take his son, Aramim, out into the world and teach him independence and how to think for himself rather than with an unquestioning military mind.
