Pastor Ulan is in charge of the Church of Lathidus in New Elsepeth, in the Kingdom of Arend. He is a friendly man, but he takes his duty of introducing the faith of Lathidus into the region very seriously.
    Pastor Ulan stands about 5'8", is a thin man, and his age is somewhere in his late thirties. He constantly wears his priests robes and is always on the lookout to do a good turn for the community. He runs a soup kitchen that serves evening meals to the homeless.
