You cause your spirit and consciousness to depart from your body and you temporarily become a ghost. You gain all characteristics of the Ghost Template (see Monster Manual [#TSR11552] page 212). Your ghostly form can be turned and your ghostly form is subject to all aspects of being undead. Being separated from your body, you are unaware of any harm that befalls your corporeal remains. If either your body or spirit are slain then you die and cannot be raised except by a True Resurrection, Wish, or Miracle.
    You must return to your body and be in contact with it by the end of the spells duration. If you do not meet this condition than your body permanently loses one point of constitution and one point of charisma for each hour thereafter. If your constitution reaches 0 then you are slain. If your charisma reaches 0 then your body dies, but your spirit goes insane and remains a ghost permanently.
    Material Component: A elixir of expensive embalming reagents whose cost is 200gp/hour that you wish to be a ghost. Mix this elixir as you cast this spell, drinking it at the spells completion.
