You cast this spell to learn a new language. You must be listening to spoken dialog in the language you wish to learn for the duration of the casting time. When you complete casting the spell you must roll a Listen check (DC 15). If successful, then you have learned the new language. This spell does not impart the ability to read.
    Material Component: An exotic mixture of expensive incense, spices, and a book in the language you wish to learn. Total value of the components is no less than 1000 gp. You must burn these ingredients in a censor without fail while you cast the spell.
