You gain complete control over the emotional state of one creature. The target creature is convinced that all emotions it feels are its own. You cannot control what acts a creature commits because of emotions it experiences. If you do not control the target creatures emotions then you become privy to what emotions that creature genuinely feels.
    Creatures that successfully save against this spell can still have their emotions spied upon and be manipulated by you. However, they are aware of such manipulations and may make a Will save against them (DC 16 + your charisma modifier). Further, if you fail to manipulate the emotions of a creature that has saved against this spell then you may not attempt to do so again for 10 minutes and the target creature immediately gets another Will save (standard DC) to end the effects of the spell completely.
