You force a polymorphed or shapeshifted creature to return to its natural and original physical form. Spells which alter the form of the creature such as alter self, enlarge, polymorph other, polymorph self, reduce, and shape shift have no effect on the target creature. Targeted creatures with supernatural and spell-like abilities that allow them to change their physical shape, such as a Druid's ability to Wildshape or a lycanthrope's ability to assume an alternate form, fail while they are subject to this spell. Creatures which have no natural shape are locked into their present shape for the duration of the spell. A remove curse cast by a spellcaster of equal or greater spellcasting level than you dispels the form lock, as will a successful dispel magic.
