These orc-human crossbreeds can be found in either orc or human society. They inherit a good blend of the physical characteristics of either parent. Note: Monster Manual 4 features a CR3 (rogue 3) half-orc infiltrator which favor their human heritage and are able to easily walk among humans as spies.
