Only one of this creature exists and it dwells in the Imperial Palace. It resembles a vaguely humanoid shape comprised of a thousand small, multicolored gloves of scintillating light. Anyone unfortunate yo see these floating orbs up close can see that each is a tiny glowing eye floating in midair, free to turn and swivel in any direction.
