Fallen celestials are a paradox. According to the laws of planar philosophy, they should not exist: Celestials are made of the essence of goodness. Yet a very, very few do become corrupted by evil. Most appear as corrupted versions of their original selves. This template can be added to any celestial, but not to creatures to which the celestial template has been added.
