The different Elemental Planes are home to creatures that are made entirely of the elemental material of their native plane. Cold element creatures appear as the same general form as material beings but are made entirely from water. They are made entirely of ice, rime, and snow. This template can be added to creatures of type aberration, animal, beast, magical beast, plant, or vermin.
