Upon first taking the Unspeakable oath, the doomed character looks just as he did before. Over time, the character begins to change. After some time he transforms into a Chosen of hastur, a horrible bloated parody of human form that is barely recognizable as the former character. This template can be added to any human and perhaps to other intelligent races.
