Powerful soldiers of the Dark One. They are often lead by a myrddraal through a psychic link. They are created from combining humans with aggressive animals such as boars, goats, wildcats, and eagles. Standing eight to ten feet tall, they have the body of a man and features of their animal heritage. Most are nocturnal and possess a modicum of low cunning.
