Believed to be the supreme ruler of the slaadi race, this being appears as a tall skeletal humanoid cloaked in impenetrable darkness. Two huge bat-like wings protrude from his shoulders - whispers say that his true form is a 15-foot tall black slaad. He rides a huge Brass Dragon (CR19) called Ryssk.
