Created first by Kyuss, these look like a massive pale-yellow maggot. Twin roes of dozens of puply legs tipped with bony spurs provide it with an effective means of locomotion. Its head is studden with dozens of humanoid eyes, below which drools a maw filled with hooked teeth. They are intelligent creatures, often accompanied by a retinue of many skeletons that they have spawned.
