A spore producing fungus that grows in warm, damp caverns. It has a furry texture and appears dark brown to normal sight. It's heat coloration can hypnotize creatures with infravision and its spores cause a confusion effect, incubating within the victims body and quickly killing them mere hours later. Sonic Mold also vibrates and produces eerie and compelling patterns of sound which affects creatures who can hear as effectively as normal chromatic mold affects those with infravision.
