These are grotesque monsters that live in heaps of refuse. They appear as a bloated ovoid covered with tough, rocklike skin, as well as dung, trash, and scraps of decaying organic matter from its lair. Three tentacles and three legs extend from its body. Neo-otyugh are more intelligent and have smaller mouths than otyughs.
