Aliens who have come to Earth to conduct some unknown research. They are not even remotely humanoid, their bodies composed of several inflated gas cells and a dozen long, delicate tendrils. They typically move about within protective pods since Earth's atmosphere is crushingly deadly. Attack pods are heavily armed and armored, typically seen defendingg science pods.
