This androgynous, silvery skinned being of human appearance has great feathered wings. It rules Lunia, the bottom layer of Olympus, also known as the Silver Heaven. In addition, he is the herald and messenger of archon paragons, even visiting the Material Plane on occasion to deliver messages of the utmost importance.
