A wizened old man with a silver beard and balding head that sports two small horns. When Lucifer rules Hell, this devil stood second in command. Later, Asmodeus cast him out along with the rest of Lucifer's court. He has a vast network of spies throughout the Hells. He is never solitary except when in his tower on the plane of Infernus.
