These immortal creatures look like tiny humanoids. They visit the Material Plane on special missions or as acts of penance. They serve mortal masters, often wizards of similar alignment. Bogan have sharp, humanoid features, petite wings, and a cruel character. They occasionally allow themselves to be bound to good wizards in hopes of bringing about their downfall to evil.
