Masses of swollen, greyish tissue, surmounted by a slobbering mouth and exuding blackened appendages that end in serrated tips. This race of beings were created by the Darghuul, now they serve Izrador. They are able to infect creatures with a bit of their flesh and then direct that creature to their wishes.
