Many claim that the questing beast has a serpent's head, a leopard's body, the hind end of a lion, and the feet of a hart, but in reality it can appear as any kind of strange creature. However, it's chosen fom is more often a side effect of what the targeted questing knight seeks, for such men are their preferred victim. It does not fight, rather it uses its gaes ability to get individuals to follow it.
