In classic legends, the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are the harbingers of the end of all things, the heralds of doom. They are known as Death, Famine, Pestilence, and War. Though their mounts and arms are always the same, the appearance of each Horseman changes from one sighting to the next. They are spiritual entities who possess mortal creatures and thereby constantly recreate themselves. This template is actually four similar, though separate templates, which can individually be added to any creature with an Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma score of at least 6 and not already possessed by another Horseman.
