They are so consumed with hiding the truth and controlling others' ideas of the truth that their words gain supernatural power. They look like ordinary specimens of their kind; many use their powers to gain positions of authority. This acquired template can be added to any nongood creature whose Intelligence and Charisma scores are each 8 or higher.
